so rumour has it, this shoulder track will be the highlight of this new release.

which basically means – killer moves.

but really, after reading a description of each track, i’m tempted to wonder if the chest track will be just as hard. simply because of two words: “elevated press”

anyone who’s ever done any weight training will know how much harder it is to do a chest press when you’re targeting your upper pecs. so if this is what they mean by the word ‘elevated’ (incline), it’s going to hurt!
