i'm trying to increase the amount of fish we eat on a weekly basis and this sole recipe was not only extremely easy but the simple taste was just amazing! it was bursting with flavour…
now, the one thing we did differently was to chop up some fresh garlic and sautee it in the required butter. the butter was then infused with the garlic, adding to the flavour.
we had this with a side of prepared couscous, lightly tossed with diced tomato and chopped cilantro.
and completed it with a glass of chardonnay.
